Can I use your videos/books for a book reading or event?

Please email info@tinytravelers.com with your event details and we will review your request.

Can I add a gift note?

Unfortunately we don’t have that option available right now but hope to add it in the near future.

Can I place a wholesale order?

Yes, please email info@tinytravelers.com with your product needs and details and we will provide a wholesale code for purchase.

Shipping & Processing times

When can I expect my package?

You will receive a shipping tracking number on your email after your order has been shipped. Orders for books take around 3 to 5 business days.

Due to COVID-19, we are currently experiencing longer shipping times than usual. Please allow up to 5 extra business days for your package to arrive. If your package is taking longer, feel free to contact us at info@tinytravelers.com

My order is a gift and I need it by a certain date. Will it arrive on time?

If you need your product urgently, we suggest you select the fastest shipping option at checkout. You can also reach out to us so we make sure it leaves our shipping center as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change shipping times or intercept it. For products that are listed as pre-orders, approximate delivery dates are noted. Expedited shipping is not available for these products.
Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only within the US. We hope to be able to ship internationally in the near future.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you notice your shipping address is incorrect, please reach out to us right away at info@tinytravelers.com so we can correct it. Once a product has shipped, we are not able to intercept or change the address so you will have to wait until the order is returned to us so we can ship it again.

Track My Order

You will receive a shipping tracking number on your email after your order has been shipped. Orders for books take around 3 to 5 business days. If you do not receive your tracking number, please email us at info@tinytravelers.com and we will provide the tracking information

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

Email us at info@canticosworld.com and provide your order number and the name/description of the item(s) you would like to return.  Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email in order to return your package. We cover the charges for shipping and handling on your domestic return.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the warehouse, you will get your refund within approximately 5 business days.

What items are returnable?

Items purchased in the last 30 days excluding original shipping charges. All items must be returned in the original condition. We cannot accept returns from outside retailers, only orders that were purchased from our website. We reserve the right to deny any returns on items that are not in their original condition.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Please send us an email to info@tinytravelers.com with your request and we will address accordingly.
